Wedding FAQ

We offer a complimentary at-home cake consultation via Zoom up to one year out from the wedding date.

We will guide you through the process, discussing size, shape, design, flavor, and delivery. Throughout the appointment, your personal consultant will be creating a price estimate form with detailed information including total cost, flavors, and decoration. You will receive a copy of this form at the end of your appointment. When you have reviewed all the information, you have the option to place your $100 deposit to secure your cake and venue delivery on our books!

We can take deposits and appointments up to one year out from the wedding date. Your non-refundable deposit guarantees a Bethel Bakery wedding cake on your special day. We recommend scheduling as soon as you can to ensure that your date will not fill up. You may finalize your wedding cake details up to one month before the wedding.

The top tier will be used as servings during your wedding. You will receive a top tier voucher from Bethel Bakery to redeem for a fresh, complimentary top-tier on your 1st Anniversary.

Delivery eligibility depends on factors such as venue suitability, distance, and time (up to 60 minutes away). We offer delivery from our Bethel Park location for a fee based on the above factors. If you have questions regarding delivery availability to your venue, please call us at 412-835-6658 ext. 4.

No, we never freeze any part of your wedding cake.

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your date. Final payment is due no later than two weeks before your event.

Bethel Bakery specializes in creating the cake that you want. We encourage you to send photos to wedding@bethelbakery.com before your appointment so your wedding consultant can properly prepare your estimate in advance.
