Ordering Policies:
- Orders can be placed by phone or online at BethelBakery.com.
- Online orders must be received 72 hours in advance of pick-up date.
- Standard order changes or cancellations will not be accepted via email and must be done by phone 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Custom cakes can be ordered by appointment by contacting one of our cake specialists at 412.835.6658, ext 111. You can also fill out our online contact form and will be contacted to schedule an appointment.
- All custom orders must be placed and paid in full 10 days in advance.
- All custom order changes or cancellations must be made 7 days in advance.
