What You’ll Do:
- Perform general building and equipment repairs
- Conduct routine inspections & preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot/repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and facility issues
- Track maintenance projects and maintain accurate service logs
- Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of maintenance, mechanical, or repair experience
- Comfortable with hand/power tools; strong problem-solving skills
- Able to lift 50 pounds and work in tight/elevated spaces
- Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation; background/drug screen
Schedule, Pay & Perks:
- Part-time; 6-8 hours per week; Saturdays only
- $25–$30/hour, based on experience
