High School Prep Crew Team Member (Part-Time)

This is a great part-time opportunity for middle/high school students looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced bakery environment. We're seeking dependable team members who are available to work after school on weekdays and on Saturdays.

This is an active, physical behind-the-scenes production support position, not a retail sales or customer service role. Team members primarily clean and sanitize bakery equipment and work areas, wash dishes and baking pans, and support daily bakery operations.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, workstations, floors, and production areas throughout the shift.
  • Wash dishes, baking pans, and other bakery tools.
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Empty trash and assist with general housekeeping throughout the bakery.
  • Restock supplies and help prepare production areas for the next day's baking.
  • Organize, label, and store cookies and baked goods.
  • Lift, carry, and move bakery equipment, ingredients, and supplies as needed.
  • Assist the bakery team with additional cleaning and prep tasks to keep production running smoothly.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • No prior experience required-training provided.
  • Enjoys active, hands-on work and staying busy throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable performing cleaning and housekeeping duties.
  • Reliable, dependable, and willing to work independently while supporting the production team.
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working around water, cleaning products, and varying temperatures, including warm production areas and coolers/freezers.

 

Schedule:

  • Part-time; up to 20 hours per week
  • Weekday shifts starting between 3:00-3:30 p.m. and ending by 6:00 p.m. (2-3 days per week)
  • Up to an 8-hour shift on Saturdays
  • No late nights; closed Sundays and major holidays
